Position Title: HR &amp Admin Manager
Location: Ji Lin Province (Shuttle Bus Provided)
Subordinates: 5PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Be responsible for Admin and HR management. Implement company human resource strategy to meet the company objectives.PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY
- Administration management, including office management, company car and canteen.
- Manage and arrange subordinates according to the function and job responsibility.
- IT management. Manage all issues related to IT to ensure information operation on site.
- Implement local human resource strategies to meet business needs, and consistent with the company overall human resource strategy.
- Recruit qualified employees’ base on the requirement of all departments.
- Construct enterprise culture and foster good work environment and employee morale.
- Strictly control labor cost and headcount according to budget.
- Make out annual training plan and carry it out accordingly.
- Ensure overall consistency of annual salary guidelines according to market trends, inflation, allowed budgets and performance.
- Make out and implement a performance management system.
- Encourage the team members to develop and present ideas of continuous improvement.
- Establish a culture of being cooperative, open and constructive in dealing with failures.
- Evaluate, support and improve the performance of his/her team members.
- React flexible to different situations, e.g. adjust the working scheme according to the requirements of the situation.Requirements
- Adapt and work in the diverse cross-culture teams.
- Lead, support and develop the team members.
- Comply with government law and regulations especially labor’s law, labor’s contract law etc.
- Open-minded, reliable, responsible, resilient and trustworthy.
- Well structured and staying power.
- Capable of working independently.
- Willing to live the principles of Team excellence.
- Human resource and related majors, bachelor and above.
- Good communication skills and English fluent.
- Management skills and deep understanding of multinational company.
