By virtue of these further addition and based4&gt职位描述: 1. Job TitleSenior Sales Manager, Shanghai, reporting to (Acting) Deputy Sales Director, East China2. Institutional AimAssist (Acting) Deputy Sales Director, East China, to develop sales with focus on East China market; be responsible for selling existing products, moreover be responsible to maintain and develop good sales channels; monitor daily sales target, achieve and excess the sales target, and control the operational cost of the concern markets; be effectively interact with all other departments to get adequate support and maximize sales productivity.3. Main activities / responsibilities? Maintain and develop good relationships with related travel agencies; ? Manage Preferred Sales Agencies (“PSA”) through effective communication with aim to achieve sales target and gaining PSA trust for them to provide long-term commitment to Costa; ? Develop premium and corporate business as well as expand client base in designated areas; moreover to tackle potential MICE business by utilizing corporate working; ? Review and analyze sales performance and forecast reports to identify improvement areas; ? Keep an eye on the sales market situation and trend in designated area and provide suggestion to (Acting) Deputy Sales Director, East China and Regional Sales Director on possible strategy to increase Company market share.4. Job Specification? Degree holder in business/travel field is preferred but not mandated ? Excellent English and Mandarin, both spoken and written ? Having at least 8 years sales working experience in travel industry field is preferred though not mandated, of which 3 years should be in managerial level ? Can work independently with minimum supervision ? Can work under pressure and meet deadline ? Excellent communication and people skills ? With outgoing acter and can-do attitude and be a good team player ? Willing to travel
