职能和职责
• 负责现场服务，检测修理船用起重机、绞车和舱口盖液压系统。
• 管理并完成每个项目/工作的任务或挑战。
• 具备良好的知识并遵守船舶安全工作程序，并将其有力地应用于项目团队成员。
• 就正在进行的项目向技术经理进行日常沟通/报告。
• 详细记录项目进行期间的费用，并在项目完成后向公司总部报告。
• 关注细节，在做出任何决定之前能够提前一步，确保安全和 100% 的客户服务满意度。
• 快速解决问题、管理反馈或投诉，并向技术经理报告。
• 与船厂和船东（高层管理人员& 船员）保持良好的关系，能够在特殊紧急情况下加班/夜间工作。
资格和教育要求
• 电气工程或机电一体化电气认证的技术学位或文凭。
• 在起重机、绞车和舱盖系统等船舶配备上需要有预览经验。
• 对电力驱动、电动液压系统、控制系统和液压元件有深入的了解和理解。
• 能够独立执行液压机电系统的故障排除程序，识别问题和解决方法。
• 具有团队合作精神和性格友好，具有良好的领导能力，能够监督和管理工程师团队并独立开展项目。
• 必须具备较强的中文书面和口头沟通能力。英语口语较好者优先录取！
• 在起重机和舱盖制造商等公司任职过，或有过相关工作经验将被视为一项额外优势。
Role and Responsibilities
• Responsible to carry out field service attendance to troubleshoot and repair marine cranes, winches, and hatch cover hydraulic systems.
• Manage and complete the assignments or challenges of each project/job.
• Have very good knowledge & follow the safety working procedures on vessels and strongly apply it on the projects team members.
• Follow up with daily communications/report to the Technical Manager for the ongoing projects.
• Keep a detailed record of the team expenses on the field during the ongoing projects and report back to the company headquarters after completion of the project.
• Have an eye for detail and be able to see one step ahead before any decision to make sure the safety and 100% customer service satisfaction.
• Be a quick problem solver and manage feedback or complains and report to the Technical Manager.
• Maintain good relationship with Shipyard and Shipowners (Senior Management & Crew), be able to work overtime or late hours under special urgent circumstances.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Technical Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Electrical Certification.
• Previews experience on vessels with cranes, winches and hatch covers systems is a must.
• Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Electric Drives, Electrohydraulic Systems, Control Systems and Hydraulic Components.
• Able to independently follow troubleshooting procedures on Hydraulics Mechanical and Electrical Systems and identify the problems and resolving methods.
• Teamwork spirit and friendly personality with a good leadership skill to supervise and manage a team of mechanics and carry out projects independently. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese is a must. Basic English verbal language communication will count as a plus!
• Previous employment experience with one or more of the Cranes and Hatch Covers manufactures as Service Engineer will count as an additional advantage.
