任职要求/岗位职责

Coordinate the work of the department. 协调部门的工作。Ensure that the planned maintenance system is operating correctly. 确保维修体系按计划正常运行。Provide regular reports on the status of equipment and machinery in the Yard including the maintenance undertaken. 定期报告场地中设备和机械的状况，包括已进行的维修。Ensure that adequate inventories of spare parts are maintained. 确保库存中有足够的备用零件。Ensure that all maintenance work is undertaken in accordance with relevant safety and quality requirements. 确保所有的维修工作都根据相关的安全和质量要求进行。Ensure that all training requirements are identified and implemented. 确保所有的培训需求已得到确认和满足。Liaise with production personnel to ensure availability of equipment for maintenance purposes. 与生产人员联络以确保设备已空闲并可进行维修。职位要求： 8年以上海工、船舶设施、设备维修维护工作经验5年以上团队管理工作经验工科背景，大专以上学历英语读写良好
