职位描述:
Accountabilities:
- Apply for free DND (Detention & Demurrage Charge) via DCS system;
- Close EZDL & Final Manifest all B/Ls;
- Send shipment notification to consignee and obtain transshipment details from consignee, then pass to transshipment dep for submission manifest to customhouse;
- Send Shipment Arrival Notice to consignee on time;
- Prepare invoice / debit note to consignee, collect all relevant charges from client in time, DTHC, freight, container deposit etc;
- Calculate detention via Dolphin after devanning, and collect detention after TPC confirmed from consignee, refund container deposit to them if need;
- Prepare and submit Inbound Report;
- Documentation filing once shipment operating completed;
- Discharge inbound shipment via Dolphin System and print out all B/Ls.
Essential Qualifications:
-College Degree or above
-At least 2-3 year ocean IB operation experience in freight forwarding industry or liner company
-Mandarin and English language proficiency
-Computer literate
-Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties
