职位描述:
微生物检测产品销售代表

岗位职责:
1. 定期拜访现有的客户,维持与稳定客户关系 ;
2. 搜索、发现和开拓新客户资源;
3. 与客户进行沟通,及时掌握客户需要,了解客户状态;
4. 协助部门经理、市场部收集市场信息,收集和总结客户反馈;
5. 完成公司下达的目标任务。

任职资格:
1.生物学相关学科本科及以上学历;
2.有2年及以上微生物产品销售经验,熟悉政府检验机构或饮料行业用户者优先
3.思维开阔、有较强主动性、能承受较大工作压力、作风严谨、责任心强;
4.具有良好的人际沟通能力,具有团队合作精神。

Meet & exceed sales target of lab consumable in LPS Dep. with professional knowledge of products and thorough understanding of customer applications. ? Keep good and up-to-date customer base and pay periodic visits to Key Accounts for delivering product information and getting user feedbacks on Sartorius LPS LF & MB. Identify market opportunities and deliver product training & seminars to the customers (distributors and end-customers). ? Hold regular Sartoshow (small booth campaign on customer sites), and organize necessary marketing activities in the assigned territory. Provide support for big marketing events as well. ? Develop and manage sales channel with the support of superior. ? Collect and analyze market information, identify customer needs and new application opportunities.
